Arlene recently joined the RB Joslyn staff as Executive Director. Prior to that, she served on the Center’s Board of Directors, most recently as President. She is well known in the community from her previous position as Clinical Outreach Coordinator in the Behavioral Health Services Department at Palomar Pomerado Health.

Arlene and her husband, Dave, have resided in Rancho Bernardo for 37 years. She has two grown children and two grandchildren who live nearby.

Diane has been the Center's Administrative and Volunteer Coordinator since 2004. Prior to that, she was a volunteer at the Center offering stress reduction sessions to our members and volunteers. Diane comes from a background that includes medical center, hospice and complementary medicine experience.

Tom came out of retirement in 2002 to come on staff at the Center. Prior to retiring, he was an executive and franchise owner with Snap-On Tools. Tom and Judy, his wife of 43 years, live in Rancho Bernardo and enjoy exercising and spending time with their son, daughter and spouses.
